Since opening in 1996, the Los Angeles corporate team has been involved in some of the most significant private equity, finance, media and entertainment, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Our litigators are experienced trial lawyers who handle a broad range of matters, including consumer class actions, commercial disputes, employment matters, insurance coverage, and securities and shareholder derivative litigation.
