Ben Heriaud is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department who advises corporate, private equity sponsor and investment banking clients on finance transactions and corporate governance. Ben specializes in acquisition finance, hybrid and private capital, initial public offerings and high yield debt offerings. He also regularly counsels clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Ben works with companies in many industries, with a focus on technology, healthcare and industrials.

Benjamin N. Heriaud is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department who advises corporate, private equity sponsor and investment banking clients on finance transactions and corporate governance. Ben concentrates on capital markets and alternative capital transactions and specializes in acquisition finance, hybrid and private capital, initial public offerings and high yield debt offerings. He also regularly counsels clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Ben works with companies in many industries, with a focus on technology, healthcare and industrials.

  • Public companies and private equity sponsors in acquisition financing transactions, including:
    • Blackstone, Carlyle and Hellman & Friedman in $17 billion debt financing transactions for their majority investment in Medline, a leading manufacturer and distributor of healthcare supplies
    • KKR in $1.9 billion of offerings for its acquisition of Global Atlantic
    • Summit Materials, Inc.’s debt financing transactions for its acquisition of all the outstanding equity interests of Argos North America Corp.
    • Symantec in debt financing for its $2.3 billion acquisition of LifeLock
    • Aramark in $3 billion of debt financing transactions for its acquisitions of Avendra and AmeriPride Services
  • World Insurance Associates and Charlesbank Capital Partners in Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s over $1 billion equity and subordinated debt investment in World
  • Gates Industrial Corporation plc in its $841 million IPO and over $1.3 billion of secondary offerings
  • Underwriters in various IPOs and equity offerings, including:
    • $489 million IPO of Paycor HCM, human capital management SaaS provider, and over $850 million of secondary offerings

Ben received both his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Virginia. Ben is a member of the New York City Bar Association Securities Regulation Committee. He also serves on the Firm’s Recruiting Committee.
