Fred de Albuquerque is a Partner in the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. Fred’s practice focuses on acquisitions, minority investments, divestitures, carve-outs, recapitalizations and other complex business transactions, as well as advising clients on general corporate governance and securities law matters.

Fred regularly represents a broad range of private equity sponsors and public and private companies across a wide variety of sectors including technology, software, healthcare, infrastructure, consumer products and transportation. His clients have included EQT, Hellman & Friedman, Silver Lake, True Wind Capital, Technology Crossover Ventures, KSL Capital Partners, Genstar Capital, Centerbridge Partners and their respective portfolio companies, among others.
