Lauren Brazier is Counsel in Simpson Thacher’s Litigation Department and is based in the London office. She is qualified in England and Wales, New York and New Zealand. Her practice focuses on high-profile complex commercial disputes, particularly those with an international dimension. She has advised leading global companies in connection with a broad range of contentious issues, including those arising adjacent to M&A deals, fund structures and limited partner, co-investor, shareholder and key-person relationships. Lauren represents clients before arbitral tribunals worldwide and in the English and U.S. courts. She also has broad experience managing important litigation for clients in the national courts of other jurisdictions around the world, running strategy and working closely with leading local counsel firms.

Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including representing clients before arbitral tribunals, the courts of England and Wales and the United States, and working closely with local counsel in foreign jurisdictions throughout the world. She has broad experience managing important litigation for clients in the national courts of other jurisdictions around the world, running strategy and working closely with leading local counsel firms. Lauren also advises clients on all manner of contentious matters that arise in connection with the Firm’s corporate transactional practices.
