    • $4.6 billion acquisition of the MGM Grand and Mandalay Bay in a joint venture with MGM Growth Properties, and subsequent sale of Blackstone’s interest to VICI Properties

Sam received his J.D., with honors, in 2016 from the University of Chicago Law School. He received his B.A. in Economics in 2012 from the University of Florida.
