The IP Group assists the Firm’s Banking and Credit Practice Group, representing lenders and borrowers in complex financings and counseling clients on IP issues relating to bankruptcies and distressed assets. Such work includes preparation and filing of all types of documents to perfect security interests in IP. The Firm’s lawyers and paralegals have extensive experience working with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and U.S. Copyright Office in this regard.
