On February 2, litigation partner Michael Chepiga will be a panelist during a day-long program entitled "Securities Litigation Current Developments & Strategies". He will speak during the opening panel of the program beginning at 9:00 a.m. The event is co-sponsored by The Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the Association of Corporate Counsel. The topic of his remarks will be "Prosecuting and Defending Securities Class Actions & Derivative Suits".
