Blackstone Establishes BREP Asia
Simpson Thacher represented The Blackstone Group L.P. (“Blackstone”) in the establishment of Blackstone Real Estate Partners Asia L.P. (“BREP Asia”), Blackstone’s first fund dedicated to opportunistic real estate investments in Asia. Blackstone has announced that BREP Asia reached its cap of $5 billion of total commitments.
