The Firm recently represented Compañía de Petróleos de Chile COPEC S.A. (“Copec”) in connection with a $500 million credit facility with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Scotiabank Chile, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and BNP Paribas Securities Corp., as lenders, and MUFG Bank, Ltd., as lender and administrative agent.
Copec is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Empresas Copec, one of the largest public companies in Chile with operations in fuel and lubricants distribution & convenience stores, forestry, fishing and other industries.
