Corsair Capital Closes Fifth Fund With Capital Commitments of $1 Billion
Simpson Thacher represented Corsair Capital LLC in the establishment of its fifth fund, Corsair V Financial Services Capital Partners, L.P., which met its target of $1 billion. Corsair is one of the longest standing private equity firms focused on the financial services industry.
