Simpson Thacher represented Dell Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) in connection with its registered public offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.400% Senior Notes due 2034 by two of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries as co-issuers.
The proceeds from the offering was used to fund the partial redemption of the co-issuers’ 6.020% Senior Notes due 2026.
