Simpson Thacher Named Europe “Law Firm of the Year” for Transactions by Private Debt Investor
Simpson Thacher was named “Law Firm of the Year” in Europe for Transactions as part of Private Debt Investor’s 2024 PDI Awards. The Firm was recognized for its work advising many of Europe’s most preeminent lenders and sponsors on a range of financing transactions and products across capital structures with representations including direct lending, restructuring, special situations, fund-level financing and other strategic transaction matters. The Firm regularly advises six of the top ten, and more than half of the top 20, of PDI’s “Top 200,” the publication’s ranking of the leading fundraisers in private debt.
