Brookfield and CDPQ Acquire Antylia Scientific in $1.34 Billion Transaction

The Firm represented funds affiliated with Brookfield Asset Management in the recently completed acquisition of Antylia Scientific (“Antylia”) in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.34 billion.

Antylia is a diversified life science tools business with a portfolio of products serving the pharma, biopharma, healthcare and environmental markets. Its life sciences portfolio includes well-recognized brands such as Environmental Express, Traceable, SPEX, ZeptoMetrix and Cole-Parmer Essentials.
