Simpson Thacher is representing Flutter Entertainment plc (“Flutter”) and FanDuel Group (“FanDuel”) in connection with Flutter’s acquisition of all of the equity interests in FanDuel held by Boyd Gaming Corporation (“Boyd”) and the entry into certain commercial arrangements with Boyd, for a total consideration of approximately $1.755 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025 and is subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including certain regulatory approvals.
