Lexington Co-Investment Partners VI Raises $4.6 Billion

Simpson Thacher represented Lexington Partners in the formation and fundraising for Lexington Co-Investment Partners VI, L.P. and its associated vehicles (“CIP VI”). Lexington announced the completion of fundraising for CIP VI with $4.6 billion of committed capital. CIP VI surpassed its $4.0 billion fundraising target and the $3.5 billion committed to its predecessor in 2021. CIP VI’s strategy is to construct diversified portfolios of equity co-investments alongside leading private equity and growth sponsors in North America, Europe, and the rest of the world, with exposure to transactions in small, mid and large cap companies across a broad group of industry sectors.
