Cinven to Acquire Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio Group from CVC Funds
Simpson Thacher is advising Cinven and certain other co-investors on the financing of the acquisition of Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio Group (UAX) from CVC Funds. Cinven have agreed to partner with founder, Jesus Nunez and Mubadala Investment Company.
