Simpson Thacher recently represented The Mosaic Company in connection with its registered public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.350% Senior Notes due 2029 and $400 million 4.600% Senior Notes due 2030.
Mosaic intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes which may include repayment of indebtedness.
