Simpson Thacher is representing Bending Spoons S.p.A in connection with its announced acquisition of Eventbrite, Inc. (“Eventbrite”) for $4.50 per share in cash, which values Eventbrite at approximately $500 million equity value.
The acquisition is expected to close by the second quarter of calendar year 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and approvals.
Eventbrite is a global events marketplace that serves event creators and event-goers in nearly 180 countries.
