Sam Rudik Quoted in Law360 Real Estate Authority on the Biggest Trends in 2026
Partner Sam Rudik spoke to Law360 Real Estate Authority about what he expects will be the biggest trends in real estate in 2026, in an article, “4 Real Estate Sectors To Watch In 2026.” Sam noted he expects data centers to have an exciting year noting the market has significant traction heading into the year and with a more competitive market, deal structures will be getting more creative. As 2026 kicks off, Sam said he’s “eyeing the transition from development capital to stabilized capital, as the "initial wave" of data centers comes online” and that he expects data center investors to raise capital around the theme of stabilized data centers.
