Simpson Thacher Welcomes IP Litigation Partner to New San Francisco Office

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP today announced that Jeff Nardinelli has joined the Firm as a Partner in its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. He is based in the Firm’s newly opened San Francisco office.

“Jeff brings an exemplary record of success in trade secret and patent trials, and his deep experience both in and outside of the courtroom will be invaluable to clients navigating the evolving landscape of intellectual property. Jeff focuses on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on emerging technologies including cybersecurity, AI, cryptocurrency, finance and life sciences. He has successfully represented leading companies, including Google, Waymo, Samsung, Buf, Natera and Swan Bitcoin, in patent, trade secret and other technology-focused litigation. Jeff joins from Quinn Emanuel. Earlier in his career, Jeff clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
