Adam Aderton Speaks at Extraordinary Women on Boards Regulatory Webinar
Partner Adam Aderton, former Co-Chief of the SEC’s Enforcement Asset Management Unit, presented a virtual webinar titled, “Regulation in an Ever-Changing Environment” to Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB) on January 27th alongside Christine Davine, Managing Partner at Deloitte. Adam presented to Audit Committee members on various regulatory hot topics, including SEC staffing, AI-related disclosures and AI washing, the focus on crypto, expectations for increased rulemaking, proxy advisor conflicts of interest, and recent enforcement actions, among other things.
