Simpson Thacher represented Goldman Sachs Alternatives in connection with the financing for its investment in LearnWell Counseling Management (“LearnWell”) and its affiliates, a leading provider of academic and mental health services for students and their families throughout the continuum of care. LearnWell was previously backed by 424 Capital.
