Simpson Thacher Hosts Extraordinary Women on Boards Event in New York
Simpson Thacher hosted an event on May 6 in New York in partnership with Extraordinary Women on Boards (“EWOB”). Litigation Partner Linton Mann III gave the opening remarks followed by a group discussion with partners Martin Bell, Katherine Krause, Leah Malone, Eric Swedenburg and Craig Waldman that explored trends and developments in AI and cybersecurity risk, sustainability and ESG, stakeholder activism, Delaware corporate litigation, board governance practices and political and enforcement risk, including Trump 2.0 and the False Claims Act.
