Simpson Thacher represented Polaris CG Singapore Pte. Ltd. in connection with the formation of the Polaris VI Series Funds. The Polaris VI Series Funds held their final closing on April 28, 2026, reaching their aggregate hard cap with total commitments of over ¥200 billion.
