Simpson Thacher Represents Initial Purchasers in €300 Million Senior Notes Offering by UGI International

The Firm recently represented the initial purchasers, led by BNP PARIBAS, in connection with the offering by UGI International, LLC (“UGI International”), a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of UGI Corporation, of €300 million aggregate principal amount of 5.000% Senior Notes due 2031, pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S.

UGI International intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility and term loan facility and for general corporate purposes.

UGI International, through subsidiaries and affiliates, conducts an LPG distribution business throughout Europe (including in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom).
