Live Nation and Dale Play Enter Into Strategic Partnership
Simpson Thacher represented Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. ("Live Nation") in connection with its strategic partnership with Dale Play and its acquisition of a majority stake in Dale Play Live, an Argentine entertainment business.
Live Nation is a leading live entertainment company, and the addition of Dale Play strengthens Live Nation’s presence in Argentina, combining international expertise with local artist development and a strong cultural connection with new generations of artists and audiences. The partnership is expected to support the development of Latin and regional artists and expand Spanish-language music in Argentina and throughout the world.
