Todoplay Completes Multicurrency Senior Secured Credit Facilities
Simpson Thacher represented Todoplay LLC and certain of its subsidiaries in connection with multicurrency senior secured credit facilities consisting of term loan facilities and a revolving credit facility. The facilities were made available by a syndicate of banks and other financial institutions arranged by Banco Santander Perú S.A., as sole lead arranger and bookrunner. Proceeds of the facilities were used to refinance and consolidate Todoplay’s existing indebtedness, fund certain debt service reserve requirements and for general corporate purposes.
Todoplay is a leading sportswear retailer and the main distributor of Nike products in Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and Chile.
