Simpson Thacher Ranks Among Top Infrastructure Investor Legal Advisors on Fund Formation for 2025
Simpson Thacher was recognized by Infrastructure Investor as among the top legal advisors in its annual Fund Formation League Table, ranking second for advising on infrastructure funds which held a final close between January 1 and December 31, 2025 by value. Partner Parker Kelsey was also quoted in the article, noting that the tendency towards fewer, larger funds has meant the Firm’s Fund Formation Practice has remained very busy. He also noted that, “The digital infrastructure space continues to require more capital than ever, and there’s no real sign of that slowing down any time soon.”
