Michelle Cheh, a partner in the Firm’s Hong Kong office, spoke at MergerMarket’s AVCJ Private Equity Forum Japan 2026, which took place June 24-25, 2026 in Tokyo. Michelle participated in a panel titled “Evolving Dynamics: The GP Stakes Proposition,” which explored the continued evolution of GP stakes investing into a distinct strategy, investor approaches to selecting manager targets, and key structuring considerations, as well as its potential role in supporting succession planning for managers in Japan.
