Simpson Thacher Represents Initial Purchasers in $600 Million Senior Notes Offering by Agilent Technologies

Simpson Thacher represented the initial purchasers, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC and SG Americas Securities, LLC, in connection with the offering by Agilent Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 4.900% Senior Notes due 2032. The notes were offered to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A and outside the United States to non-U.S. persons pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
