David Nemecek Quoted in Legal Business on the Rise of Liability Management Practices
David Nemecek, Head of the Firm’s Capital Structure Solutions Practice, was quoted in an article titled, “‘An Environment of Possibility’ – Why Liability Management Is Law’s New Frontier,” which was published by Legal Business.
