Simpson Thacher advised Blackstone on the sale of a portfolio of 19 logistics assets strategically located across Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and Spain to vehicles invested by CBRE IM and managed by ExCorde Capital. The transaction involved a combination of share and asset sales with a total deal value of c.€310 million.
