Simpson Thacher Advises Lexington Partners as Lead Investor in SageSure Continuation Vehicle
Simpson Thacher advised Lexington Partners as the sole lead investor in the successful closing of a $460 million single-asset continuation vehicle sponsored by Flexpoint Ford, LLC to invest in SageSure, LLC, a managing general underwriter focused on the catastrophe-exposed property insurance market in United States coastal regions.
