Apax Funds Sell Tosca to Goldman Sachs Alternatives

Simpson Thacher is representing funds advised by Apax Partners LLP (“Apax”) in connection with its definitive agreement to sell Tosca, a leading global provider of reusable asset pooling and logistics solutions for the food supply chain, to Infrastructure at Goldman Sachs Alternatives. The transaction is expected to close in 2026. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Tosca provides mission-critical asset management, pooling, logistics and sanitization services for reusable plastic containers, pallets and bulk bins used by food producers, distributors and retailers. Through a global network of 63 service and wash centers facilities, Tosca serves more than 5,000 customers across 30 countries in North America and Europe, forming a critical backbone of the food supply chain and enabling more efficient, resilient and sustainable food distribution.
