Simpson Thacher represented funds affiliated with Blackstone in the establishment of a unique compute financing platform to mobilize over $500 billion of capital to further accelerate the buildout of AI infrastructure. NVIDIA’s partners in these financing partnerships consist of Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR. These partnerships are reflected in memorandums of understanding between NVIDIA and each financing partner, and remain subject to execution of the final agreements.
