Jennifer was recognized for her work advising on several high-profile national security and CFIUS matters, including counseling ByteDance on the establishment of TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC; guiding Paramount Global through foreign investment regulatory elements of its approximately $28 billion merger with Skydance Media; and advising the Board of Directors of Twitter on the CFIUS posture of Elon Musk's $44 billion acquisition of the company.
