Edd was recognized for his work advising Blackstone and its portfolio companies on several standout real estate deals. Notably, Edd led the Simpson Thacher team advising Sage Homes, a Blackstone portfolio company and England's largest provider of affordable new homes, with its fourth Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securitisation, with a total quantum of nearly £546.5 million.
