Simpson Thacher Represents Dealer Managers in Cash Tender Offers by Baxter International Inc.
Simpson Thacher represented the dealer managers, BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, in connection with the cash tender offers by Baxter International Inc. (“Baxter”) pursuant to which Baxter purchased approximately $600 million in aggregate principal amount of four series of its existing senior notes.
Baxter is a leading global medical products company, with a leading portfolio of critical care, nutrition, renal, hospital and surgical products.
