The annual list recognizes Hong Kong’s next generation of outstanding lawyers who demonstrate exceptional potential in the legal industry and receive strong praise from clients and peers.
Alvin was recognized for his work advising on several high-profile financing transactions across the Asia-Pacific region. Notable achievements include advising AirTrunk on its A$16 billion (US$10.4 billion) (ex-Japan) refinancing, the region's largest-ever sustainability-linked financing; its US$1.24 billion green loan for the TOK1 hyperscale data center campus, the largest data center financing ever completed in Japan; and Blackstone on its A$24 billion (US$16.1 billion) acquisition of AirTrunk, the largest-ever data center transaction globally.
