Grenfel Calheiros and Juan Francisco Méndez Named Among Latinvex's 2026 “Top 100 Lawyers”
Grenfel Calheiros and Juan Francisco Méndez were named to Latinvex’s 14th annual “Latin America’s Top 100 Lawyers,” which recognizes attorneys from international law firms driving legal business across Latin America. Grenfel was recognized in the Capital Markets and Corporate/M&A categories, and Juan Francisco in Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, and Corporate/M&A. Latinvex selects honorees based on their contributions to major deals and their standings in third-party legal directories, among other factors.
Simpson Thacher was also recognized in Latinvex's 2026 rankings for the top international law firms in Latin America for Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, Real Estate and Energy.
