Simpson Thacher Represents Underwriters in €2.0 Billion and $1.1 Billion Debt Offerings by FedEx

The Firm recently represented the underwriters in connection with concurrent public offerings by FedEx Corporation (“FedEx”) of (i) €1.10 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.000% Notes due 2030 and €900 million aggregate principal amount of 4.625% Notes due 2034 and (ii) $1.1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.750% Notes due 2036. The Notes are guaranteed by five subsidiaries of FedEx.

FedEx provides customers and businesses worldwide with a broad portfolio of transportation, e-commerce and business services. With annual revenue of $95 billion, the company offers integrated business solutions utilizing its flexible, efficient, and intelligent global network.
