Adam also co-moderated, together with Monique Botkin of the IAA, the roundtable discussion on “SEC Examination Priorities for Private Equity Fund Advisers,” featuring senior staff from the SEC's Division of Examinations Private Funds Unit.
The IAA's Private Equity Fund Advisers Committee Meeting is a premier annual event that convenes compliance, legal and business professionals from IAA members and guests across the private equity fund adviser industry to discuss the latest regulatory developments, share practical insights and explore emerging challenges.
