Aeropuerto de Cancún, S.A. de C.V. Completes $1.8 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Simpson Thacher represented the initial purchasers, led by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BBVA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., among others, in connection with Aeropuerto de Cancún, S.A. de C.V.’s offering of $900 million aggregate principal amount of 6.711% Senior Notes due 2031 and $900 million aggregate principal amount of 7.491% Senior Notes due 2036, guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by its parent company, Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A.B de C.V. (“ASUR”).

The net proceeds of the offering are intended to be used by Aeropuerto de Cancún, S.A. de C.V. primarily for repayment of certain indebtedness, including the repayment in full of the principal amounts outstanding under a Ps.6,390 million senior unsecured bridge credit facility, dated as of December 5, 2025, and a U.S. $1,299 million unsecured bridge credit facility dated as of August 14, 2026, entered into in connection with the acquisitions of URW Airports, LLC and Companhia de Participações em Concessões, respectively.
