Nordic Capital to sell Boost.ai to Automation Anywhere
Simpson Thacher is representing Nordic Capital in its sale of Boost.ai, a leading enterprise conversational and voice AI company for regulated industries, to Automation Anywhere.
Boost.ai enables enterprises to automate customer and employee interactions across voice, chat and digital channels at scale. Since its founding in Norway in 2016, Boost.ai has focused on financial services and other regulated industries, building deep expertise in the automation of complex interactions while providing the governance and compliance capabilities these sectors demand.
