Megan Lewis Quoted in GCR on Congressional Oversight of Antitrust Enforcement
Partner Megan Lewis was quoted in an article titled, “Midterms Put FTC, DOJ Under the Microscope,” which was published by GCR. The article examined how the midterm elections could affect congressional oversight of the DOJ and FTC and their antitrust enforcement activity. Meg discussed the potential longer-term impact of investigations following the midterms, noting, “Whether or not we actually see legislation or changes in policy will really be up to Congress and ultimately whoever ends up taking over the federal agencies in the next administration.”
