Simpson Thacher Advises Investec Bank as MLA and the Lenders on a €408 Million Multi-facility for Investindustrial
Simpson Thacher has advised Investec Bank plc (“Investec”) as lender, mandated lead arranger and agent, together with the other lenders, on a €408 million multi-facility agreement for Investindustrial and its latest fund “Lower-Mid Market IV” (the “Fund”), which hit its €1.5 billion hard-cap following a successful fundraising process and strong institutional demand.
