David Edwards, Partner and co-head of European Disputes and Litigation Associate Amy Volz authored an article published by The Law Society Gazette titled “Why International Contracts Still Point to London.” The article highlighted findings from the latest ICC Dispute Resolution Report, analysing London’s continued dominance as an arbitral seat and English law’s role as the most frequently chosen governing law.
