Michelle Warren is a Director of Administration at Simpson Thacher, where she oversees the operations of the Houston and Dallas offices. Michelle previously comes from the professional services industry with experience in Private Debt, Energy, Oil & Gas and Commercial Real Estate.

She joined the Firm in 2026. Michelle received her B.A. from Sam Houston State University in 2010.
