Audrey serves as Simpson Thacher’s Director of European Risk and Compliance, advising the Firm’s lawyers and professional staff based in Brussels and Luxembourg on an array of legal, compliance and risk management matters. Prior to joining the Luxembourg office of Simpson Thacher in 2025, Audrey was the Head of Risk and Legal Tech in another international law firm and was a member of the Council of the Luxembourg Bar association from 2020 to 2024. Audrey started her career as a corporate lawyer in Luxembourg and London. 

Audrey holds an LL.M. in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick and a Master’s degree in Law and Foreign Languages from the University of Grenoble. She is admitted to practice in Luxembourg
