Carol Chan is Counsel in the Firm’s Hong Kong office, where her practice focuses on capital markets. She advises clients in a wide variety of securities offerings, including initial public offerings, secondary and follow-on offerings and other transactions. Carol also provides mergers and acquisitions and securities law compliance advice for a number of issuer clients.

Carol received her B.B.A. in Law and LL.B. from University of Hong Kong in 2007 and 2009 representatively. She was admitted to The High Court of the Hong Kong SAR in 2012. She is also a qualified solicitor in England and Wales. Carol is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
